Windows NT Server problem

Just installed Windows NT 4.0 Server from CD and the installation went fine. Now I need to install drivers and the machine will not read from the CD-ROM. It gives "The Parameter is Incorrect" error message. Also, the floppy drive doesn't show up. I know both devices are working since I can boot from floppy and CD-ROM. It's been a while since I've installed NT, and I think I remember this problem before. Can anyone help? Thanks!
 
I figured it out... for some reason, the CD-ROM was not enabled during startup. Weird... anyways, it works now... thanks!
