Windows NT password screen for XP?

I recall reading a post that mentioned in passing that you could set up WinXP to start up like NT, how do I do this? i.e. I want a screen that requires users to enter the username as well as a password. Thank you.

go to control panel

chose user and accounts


there chose: Change the way user log on or off

and finaly uncheck the use welcome screen box
