windows not finding hd

I am building a new computer for the lobbly at one of the hotels i manage. When i try to install windows after it loads all the the drivers and says hit enter to continue it says.

setup did not find any hard disk drives installed on your computer.

it is a sata drive. i will list all the parts.

there is a option in bios about "SATA Native mode" or something else named.
this controls SATA disk on SATA mode or emulate mode in DOS.

emulate mode will not appear ur case.

or click F6 when install xp needs to setup sata drivers.
