Windows not booting properly.

Hey all, got a problem on this side...

When my computer starts up, it gets to the windows booting screen with the scrolly blue thingy. Then it just sits there, pauses for a second mouse light flashes, all the normall stuff. However after this it just carries on scrolling forever, never loads into windows.

If i boot in safe mode, it gets into windows fine.

Any ideas?

Really need ur help.
