Hello,

Two days ago i got the following popup message on my desktop which is running windows xp, "Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"

can you guys help me get ris of this popup?

First of all, you need to identify what program is causing that pop-up. Look under the System and Application event logs, and check for entries referring to that pop-up. The entry should contain information about which program registered that error.

thanks for the reply,

My task manager was disabled. and there was some sort of scipt running int he background autoit v3.
I tried to reinstall windows but my cd rom does not seem to be working.

By fluke went into safe mode, restored to three days back and things are back to normal.

You think this trojan/virus still lurks some where in my system?

i have already run avg overnight and it has not turned up with anything

the test results are
Object Result Status
partition table (MBR) change changed
boot sector of disk C: change changed
c:\\windows\system32\kernel32.dll change changed
c:\\windows\system32\wsock32.dll change changed
c:\\windows\system32\user32.dll change changed
c:\\windows\system32\shell32.dll change changed
c:\\windows\system32\ntoskrnl.dll change changed

are these scan results OK?

I'd find a better AV and anti-spyware product (or products) to run, since if AutoIT was running without your knowledge, it's likely your system belonged to someone else.

thanks for the reply,

what AV and antispyware product do you recommend?

what can AutoIT do? wha tdo the test results from AVG suggest?
