I keep seeing people talk about it like its going to be really cool. Why is it so special? I am getting a Dell Axim v30 624Mhz will I be able to upgrade to it? Anyone have some links to it?

Only the X50's will be upgradeable to Windows Mobile 5....I can't really remember what most of the new features were except for better Direct3D support and real VGA screen support...

You might find some info on Microsoft's site for it.

Better WiFi support for Smartphones
Support for push-to-talk and video calling
Improved Bluetooth (e.g. ability to use ActiveSync over Bluetooth with multiple PCs).
Support for ?persistent memory,? which means that you won?t lose all your data when your battery dies (a feature the Treo 650 and several other Palms already have). (BIG improvement)
Support for USB 2.0 AND support for internal hard drives.

Also, better support for push email once Exchange 2k3 SP2 is released (PLEASE let it be soon!!!)
