Windows Messenger Blocking SOLVED

Hello, I need to block windows messenger from working on some computers. But I don't know what port to block. They should not be using it and un-installing it will not fix the problem since they think they are sneaky and will just re-install it. SOOO I want to block it using the sonic wall.

Its windows messenger version 4.7. Anyone know where I can get some info on what ports it uses?
