Windows Media videos won't play in IE or Firefox

All of the sudden I can't watch Windows Media videos within my browser(s). I didn't change anything that I can think of. I have WMP 10 and the latest versions of IE and Firefox. It just says "Connecting to Media" and never plays. I've tried shutting down my firewall and also rebooting, but neither helped my situation. What's wrong?
