Windows Media Restarts Beginning of Song?

I have my Windows Media Player set on Repeat and Shuffle for when I play songs. However, if I want to play just a single song on these settings, once it's done a first time, it will restart like normal but about 5 seconds in, it will restart itself and play the whole song. I have all of the latest updates and this happens on two of my computers. It also looks as if it's "Not Responding" during these 5 seconds. If I try to click on a different song it will stay on the same one but I'll have to manually close wmp.exe in the Processes and click on the new song again to get it to play.

Any ideas?
