Windows Media Playlist adjustment (moved music folder different HD)

I was moved my music folder to a differently harddrive (C:\music -> D:\music). I had previously spent time and effort making playlists. Is there any easy way to get Media Player to adjust it?s playlists to the new location? I would prefer not to manually make each single one again. Thanks in advance

Do you know how they're stored? If they're simple like Winamp's, you could find/replace easily enough.
