Windows media player not playing MP4 file?

Hey everyone I ripped one of my many wrestlemania dvd's to my pc using handbrake. I saved the file as a MP4 but when I go to play it in windows media player it will not play. Says windows has encountered a error with this code C00D11B1

I am running windows 7 64bit home premium and this is on my sig rig. Just hoping it's a stupid easy fix so I can watch my movies on the pc. I have a lot of ripping to do tonight lol...

I saw on google about the sound card driver. I am using onboard sound and when I go to the device manager it says my sound driver is current and up to date. Any help would be appreciated
