Windows Media Player-- How do you hide controls in full screen mode?

I have that stupid button blicked but the controls wont fade away.... Im asking this here instead of another forum because im sure im overlooking something stupid and hopefully this will take like 3 seconds to answer.

I dunno, mine goes away but the second I hit the mouse it comes back. Quite annoying. I try not to use it much, and when I do, I don't use full screen much, so, it's not that annoying. Free bump for you.

I usually have the opposite problem, getting it to reappear in full screen mode.
You should be able to minimize it and it will stay away.

move the mouse into the video box and let go of the mouse
it should autohide on its own
mine does.

ive found this problem too... i fixed it by clicking the thumbtack from auto-hide on to off to on...

problem is when you move hte mouse again its stuck...

i dunno im goin back to WM classic

click in the area the video pane is and dont use your mouse it will scroll away in a few seconds
