I have a playlist of about 30 small 1minute vids for a presentation, and after viewing a few vids, Windows Media Player resizes them to about 25% of what they start out to be, and randomly goes back to the original size. It happens randomly.

Could it be a weird codec issue? is there any freeware I can use to re-encode the vids to a better, more reliable codec?

Help please cause this is for an important presentation and I need the vids to be as consistent as possible.

Google Media Player Classic, BS Player, ZoomPlayer, or VLC. All of those are leaps and bounds ahead of WMP.

I'm not stuck with WMP. I tried using Winamp that it sucked. As long as I can build a play list for the files it should be ok. I googled VLC and will go check the results now.....
