Windows Media Player default graphic or frame

I I have an embedded media player on a web page...

I can set the transparentatStart param value to true and have the background image of the cell show through however when the video stops, I'm left with the black box. This seems like it should be easy but I'd really like to specify a jpeg or gif to display after the video plays...

Anybody have any examples they can share??
