Windows Media Player 9

I like it better then anything else so far.. WinAmp 3.0 does suck. 🙁
One thing though, if you go with WMP 9 pay attention to which codecs you install. I had the hardest time getting DivX movies to work cause I installed a bunch of codecs tat don't play well together in WMP 9..
 
winamp hasn't gotten to be too big of a supposedly small plugin IMHO so it does suck

I like windows media player 9 and I'll stick with older versions of winamp.
 
i think it kicks butt, it has some bugs in it right now but im confident a lot of them will be fixed when it goes gold.
 
I like it alot for playing back music (mostly MP3's). I still use the old Windows Media Player (it is in the same folder as the Windows Media Player 9). The old classic Windows Media Player is not bloated and so it is much better suited for me for playing back videos.

what do ya mean by that? i installed WMP 9 and it'll crash on anything but .asf files now.. .mpg & .avi both crash it...
 
I had nothing but trouble from WMP9... and for some reason it would not let me restore(yes i have system restore turned on), so I backed up and re-installed windows.
