Windows Media Center to Xbox 360 won't play Video_TS files

I have a large (~225) movie collection that has been ripped using DVD Shrink. The movies are stored in a Video_TS structure. When I tried to set up my Xbox360 as an extender, it failed to play the movies correctly. Is there a codec that I'm missing or some sort of transcoding software?
