Windows Me task bar freezes

New clean install of WinMe. All OK. Then put in some user accounts. When log off account and log on to other account a few times seems OK. But after a short while the windows task bar freezes so that nothing down the bottom of the screen works (START on the left, or the little icons on the right such as clock etc). The main desktop continues to work fine. Have installed memoryboost pro to sort out the memory as at first I thought Me was just running short of memory. But task bar still freezes after some account quick changes. Any ideas please?

Have you installed the latest VIA 4 in 1 drivers? Choose the Retro drivers from here
