OK guys here's the scoop. I have figured out what slows down my WinME installation. It's my NIC, but only when it has an internet connection. I have a router and use a long piece of CAT5 cable, so i have to set it down to 10 half mode to establish an internet connection. When I do that it asks me to restart. When I do and come back into ME it's really really slow... any idea what is causing this?
