Windows Me problem with SoundBlaster PCI 128

I did a clean install Win Me. But the sound card (PCI 128) software does not update the driver for the card, and I can't do it manually either. Does anyone else have the same problem?
 
Win ME installed drivers for ALL my hardware except the soundblaster Live Value card but I was able to intall drivers and get it running.
Don't see why you can't install drivers in the device manager.
