I get "Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page.As a result the page may not display correctly"
HELP!!!!😕

The webpage is trying to start something that's not allowed by Internet Explorer.

If you want to (ie: Do you trust the side) you can lower it by choosing tools-internet options.
Go to the security tab and lower the settings.

Warning: With activeX a webpage can do about everything with your computer!

Thanks for the reply, but the security is set low - could it be a corrupt registry ?I cannot open anything - even the start button hangs. I can however boot into safe mode, and see my computer, and folders, but still cannot open any apps/ docs/ utils.😕
