I installed an MSDN copy just to check it out, before I go out and buy it... I am using the TV out on my motherboard and Media Center tells me that my video card isn't supported. What's a cheap video card that would work with MCE 2005? I looked on the Microsoft site but the Windows MCE 2005 Catalog devices are very expensive (~$200) and all I need is a TV out that will work properly. Is there a way perhaps to get my onboard GeForce4 MX to work? I'm using a Shuttle barebones box with an Athon 1600XP and it runs fine, but I can't get any video yet.

Appreciate any help you can give, I'd like to buy a video card during lunch tomorrow! Thanks!

MCE2005 probably requires a Direct-X 9 video card, such as an ATI Radeon 9600 (or better).
A Radeon 9600 cards can be found for ~$60 to ~$80 on newegg.com's "refurbished" area. (The "9600SE" cards are not recommended).
MCE does require different video card drivers, than the drivers used in "regular" WindowsXP. This is true for ATI cards, and is likely also true for nvidia chip cards.
