"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'ieng9.ucsd.edu', Server: 'ieng9.ucsd.edu', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"
I looked it up and microsoft KB said that it's possible that the firewall is blocking the program. So I unblocked it through the windows firewall, then ran "netstat -an" in command prompt. Still does not show the ports as "listening".
Advice? One account is my school account, which listens on 465 SMTP and 110 POP3. The other is gmail, standard 25 and 110.
