Windows Logon Question

For some reason the logon screen suddenly started popping up after restarts on my machine and I can't figure out how to make it go away. I tried a few things and now when I turn it on I get a screen that defaults with 'Administrator' in the user name but it says it cannot log me on due to insufficient privelages so I have to type in my other username without a password.

Any idea on how I can get around this crap?

One other thing. I now have some new 'multimedia device' that constantly wants to install even though I have no idea what it is. How do I either figure out just what it is referring to or make the question to install the device go away?

The bove will work fine, and as for the hardware, I would look under the device manager and what it has to say. You can sometime figure that kind of stuff by just looking. You can get to this by right clicking your "my computer" and select "manage", then you should see the device manager. It will list what you have drivers for and in this case, what you do not. It might have some clues as to what this hardware it.

I take you did not make any system changes and suddenly you are now getting these errors?
