Windows Login privileges

For those of you that use the Windows operating system particularly Windows 2000, which login privileges do you normally use?

To clarify my question: Do most of you use Administrator to normally use your computer for everyday tasks or do you sign on as a User or a Power User and switch to Administrator for Administrator tasks such as installing, uninstalling and making changes to the operating system?

I had heard from someone that using your computer as Administrator all the time leaves your computer vulnerable to the outside world should someone hack into your network.
However its a pain to constantly switch users all the time to make a simple change that you can't without Admin privileges.

How many different users do all of you have on your PC?
