windows login help

I really dont know what I did to make this change, but now its doing this:

when I restart the Windows it asks me to activate the Windows product before I can login. I clicked "Yes", and it says that my Windows is already activated. It asked me to click "Exit". I click on the "Exit" and it logs me out. I try to log in and click "No" and it logs me out again. It's a never ending loop and I havent got a clue as to what to do.
Any ideas?

Thanks

Try this:

boot into Safe Mode and delete the wpa.dbl and wpa.bak files in the C:\Windows\System32 folder, and then reboot. With those files no longer there, Windows XP will have to reactivate, because it reads them when it checks to see if it is activated.

OR

Reboot to Safe Mode:
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu

Start/Run
Type "regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll" ENTER
Type "regsvr32.exe licdll.dll" ENTER

Reboot.
Activate again
Reboot
