I plan to buy Vista over here in USA.
Will I be able to use it without any issue if I bring it out of USA, say Asia?
Sounds like a stupid question, but I just need to confirm it. I'm sure it doesn't have any geographical difference.

 
Yes, if you own a legitimate license of Windows *Vista Retail* then its valid all over the world. However its different for OEM and Business versions.

OEM is fine too but tied to the MB it came with, the geographical location doesnt matter.
