Windows Key disabling

I have an alienware laptop. I wanted to know if there were any way to physically(not software) disable to windows key on my system. I didn't want to hit it by accident. I have started playing final fantasy online and if I hit the windows key by accident the game crashes. Anyone know anything about how this can be done?

Ask in general hardware.

Option 1: remove the key, put tape over the sensor
Option 2: cut a soda bottle cap in the right shape and place it over the key
Option 3: hit keys more acurately
Option 4: look for software called "doswinkey" (an MS power toy)
