Windows keeps "finding new hardware" on bootup-dvd drives

I had a DVD-RW drive in already, due to copy protect software issues I decided to get a regular DVD reader only drive as well just to run games. I installed it as the master and the writer as the slave, the BIOS detects them correctly as such, windows also identifies them properly. THe problem is it keeps asking me to install them every boot up.

I do not remember the last time I had to install cd drivers! The drives do not even come with them, and there are none on the internet I could find either. My writer is an HP dvd 740b, the reader is a simple memorex 16x. THey both work fine, just annoying to have to cancel setup for them every boot.
