Windows is responding Slowly

Hello, need a little help. Windows seems a bit slow. Any application such as any game takes some time to launch ( all legit games ) since some days. A bit delay in response.
Plenty of Space left in all partitions including Windows Drive ( SSD , which is only dedicated to the Windows ). Total 13 TB of Storage .
I am on Legit Win 10 x64. Using Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 ( Legit ).
Any thing I can do to fix it ? Any software or something ?

My specs are Core i7 4771 , Gigabyte GA Z97X Gaming G1 Wifi BK mobo, 32 GB DDR 3 Corsair Vengeance , Nvidia GTX 980 AMP Extreme Edition , 256 GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD , 13 TB Total Storage ( 2x 2 TB WD Green + 4 TB WD My Book + 4 TB WD Cloud + 1 TB Seagate External USB 3.0 ) connected all together at once with the PC , 2x BenQ MLG gaming monitor 24" ( Dual Monitor Setup ) , Corsair H110i cooling , Cooler Master Stryker Case, and couple of fans.

Sorry I didnt mention my rig before. I am so confused that it literally got out of my mind.

Thanks in advance.

You gave us no information about your system hardware. :'(

There were some issues with Kaspersky and Win10, IIRC. Make sure both of those are updated fully.
Yes both are up-to-date.

You may have some background programs or process' running that is eating up large amounts of CPU Cycle.

What does the CPU Usage look like in task manager?

126 is a pretty hefty amount of processes and you're using 12Gb of RAM. What else is running? Have you done any tests on your SSD?

That is the CPU usage when I was playing CS GO and nothing was in the background. Not even any browser was opened. I was just playing CS GO and saw that and took the screenshot.
Is that normal ?

No , I have not done any test on my SSD yet.
