Windows Install Problem

I'm having a problem installing Xp Pro on a new drive. To start with I formated and when it was installing drivers it hung on SPRB0402.dll couldn't find so I had to skip.. So I kept going then when windows finally tried to load it gets to a point where it tells me catalogs failed to install because of bios having a wrong time set. Any ideas?
