Windows install file problem - opnfiles.exe

Hey guys, I'm having another fun fun fun time trying to install an OS, this time I'm having problems copying files during setup.

Os is Windows XP x64, has had SP2 x64 slipstreamed to it from a 32bit OS (using SP2 x86's update files), then used nlite to remove a few minor things (games etc) and install ahci drivers.

During setup I've got as far as installing setup files, and it keeps stoping at "Setup cannot copy the file: opnfiles.exe".

I've burnt two copies of the install disc, and read OPNFILES.EX_ off both, and it's reading 42,783 bytes) size, 45,056 bytes on disc, which seems to be right. And any ideas how to continue from here? Thanks.

edit: meh, replaced OPNFILES.EX_ with a spare I found, erm... "online"... and seems to work now. same file size though. who knows...
