Windows Icons keep changing

Just started yesterday, any time i do a search, the icons of files (MP3) keep changing. They still open in winamp but they might have the excel icon and then the next time i search they have the outlook icon..whats going on there?

nice. you can always try right clicking on one of those mp3 files and do open with, and then do choose program. go to winamp on the list and check off the always use this program. don't know, maybe that'll work.
 
it still opens with winamp..its just that the Icon is changing. even if it has an excel icon and i double click it, it will still open with winamp
 
yeah. i understand that. just give that a try, maybe it'll force it to use the icon too. i had a similar problem once before, i just reinstalled winamp though. ohhhh.. yes! have you tried that yet? 🙂
