Finally, where can I find a mini-itx motherboard for this case? What what processors would be suitable for it? Thanks in advance.

If it's just a file server, why not try Shuttle's new barebones? It's $199 and has a motherboard. Only minor issues are the lack of an external optical drive bay and no PCIe.

I like the 4 drive bays. Does Shuttle have something similar?
