$97.99 shipped at Newegg (don't know if Power Pack 1 is different than Update Roll Up 1), but from previous WHS deals I've seen on these forums, seems like $90 shipped is good and $80 shipped is really great price.

edit: looks like URP1 is older than Power Pack 1.

Price has been steadily decreasing on Amazon. I just bought it two weeks ago for $93, which was a good deal then. Even better now.

Very nice deal. Even though it is an older version you can download the updates easily enough. Considering this type of product you wont ever reinstall unless something drastic happens it isn't nearly a big of a deal like it is with a desktop OS.
