I have been experiencing some weird techinical issue and was wondering if you guy might have an idea to help me out here.
I have been experiencing this issues for a long time now.
My windows xp hangs for like 2-3 seconds sometimes before executing some sort of action and then continues.
For example , when I open up an IE window , set it to surf somewhere , and then open up another IE window , the system would hang for 3 seconds and then only the next IE window would come up. During this hang , the only thing that works is mouse.
Keyboard is not reacting , ALT+Tab no working , current app running also hangs and only after a short period system would resume.
Could even experience a few times that the mouse also gets stuck and moving it further would cause the PC speaker to beep untill the PC resumes.
Fresh windows installation does not work.
I am pretty much lost here.
I have invested alof of hard earned money on this system and those hangs have becomes a nuisance.
Any one has an idea about this ?
System Specs :
AMD Athelon x2 4600+ AM2 stock clock speed.
Zalman CNPS9500
ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe (nvidia 590) Bios : 0902
Corsair XMS2 2gb 2x1gb DDR2 800mhz 5-5-5-18@1T
2 x EVGA GF7900GT OC 256mb
2 x WD 250gb RAID 0 ( running windows from it)
Thermaltake Toughpower 650W PSU
Please , i'd try anything to solve that fu@!er .
