"Windows has recovered from a sever error..."

just curious...my computer has spontaneously rebooted a few times (does not appear to have any relation to my oc - last night it happened as i tried to change my firewall settings w/ Nvidia firewall - i know i know, im gonna change it soon 🙂 and restarted and had the following message (or something to this effect:

"windows has recovered from a sever error...etc.

should this be cause for alarm or is it a standard windows reboot message? I admittedly am using a fairly old bios for my board & old nforce chipset drivers, but i fear changing them as my comp has beeen very stable except for these instances so far & particularly the BIOS updating is scary to me 🙂...

Ignore n0cmonkey with his sarcastic wit due to your misspelling of sever (should be severe). If it occurs only when you change a setting on a troublesome application I woulnd't worry about it. It sounds like Nvidia and Windows are having a spat. If it continues though I would look again at your overclock. You have Prime95 tested I would imagine and know you have stability. You could always run MEMtest just to make sure.
