I have a DFI Lanparty 865 mobo. I love it especially cmos reloaded but there is something in my device manager that I can't seem to figure out WHAT it is or how to fix it.

I am totally updated in xp. Newest bios as well. There is nothing on the mobo driver disks or on the website. My usb ports work fine. Does anyone have any idea what this is? When I remove it it gets detected automatically next reboot.

You need to go to Intel's website and download the Chipset drivers for your board. It will be something like infinst.inf

Either that or search your CD for the inf file.

Try here:

http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df/filter_results.asp?strOSs=44&strTypes=DRV%2CARC&ProductID=816&OSFullName=Windows*+XP+Professional&submit=Go%21

I assume you need 865PE.
