Windows Hangs during boot.

So I boot up the computer, you hear the windows startup sound. It just sits there with the background. Ctrl Alt del does nothing. I push enter on the keyboard and then it comes up. One thing I noticed was that a network bridge had been setup on accident I removed that. I don't think it's happened again but haven't tested it too much. Anyone seen this?
 
Does your computer work now or not?

When you says it hangs during boot, how can it get to the Windows startup sound (assuming you have auto-login)?
