Windows Gurus Is there any way to piggy back a shared drive?

Scenario: Host A has a shared drive on a second NIC Card on private network which is not seen by host B. Host B can to talk to Host A's primary network, but not the private network which has the networked drive. Is there anyway that host B can map to Host A's networked drive ? either through windows or maybe 3rd party utility ?
