System
Mobo - Asrock 939Dual SATA2
CPU - AMD X2 4200+
Mem - 2gb
Vid - GeForce 7950 GT
snd - Xi-Fi Platinum
HD - WD 320 SATA - no raid
- WD 250 SATA - no raid
OS - WinXP SP2

Problem occurs when i start copying files or moving files the system stops responding and i have to reboot. I have the latest bios installed and all the latest drivers for the chipset. I ran the tech tools i got from work and there was no problems deteced with the mobo, cpu and ram unfortunetley i was unable to thourghly test the hard drives. I looked into some other posts and problems and its possible it could be loose SATA cables but when i tested that out by wiggling them the problem did not occur. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as i have drained all my resources. Thanks in advance.

Running the drive manufacturer's full diagnostics on those two hard drives would be a good idea. At least that would rule out hardware as the problem.
