Sorry, simple question here. When the cable guy came to hook up my modem, he somehow changed the fonts used in toolbars, and folder names etc. I can't tell if the font itself has changed, but they are definitely smaller.

Where do I go to change those fonts, and and also change their size?

thanks,

right click on desktop, go to properties....then when that box pops up, go to the appearance tab. from there, you can select things such as "icons" and choose the fond and size..you can do the same thing for folders

hope this is what you're looking for

Thanks, but I don't think that's it. These are the same fonts that also appear in menus.

I checked the setting in display, and that hasn't been changed.

The setting you are looking for IS where sohcrates says it is.
You could also try changing these in win.ini
[FontSubstitutes]
MS Shell Dlg=MS Sans Serif
MS Shell Dlg 2=MS Sans Serif

Thanks, I fixed the menu and menu bar fonts so far, but not the toolbar and folder names.
