This might be a dumb question but I can't figure out how to do it.
How do I allow everything from 1 computer into another?
For instance, there is a unix server that needs to "talk" to a Windows server. It can't "talk" to it. Windows firewall is turned on. If I turn it off, I can "talk" to the windows server.
If I go into the settings of the firewall, I can allow a program or I can allow a port. Adding every port from the unix IP address should do it, but I don't see how do that in windows firewall. It seems to only accept 1 port at a time.
These computers are sitting behind a Watchdog Firebox device, so I'm not sure we even need the windows firewall on. I guess its ok for layered protection, but there has to be an easier way to do this.
