I have a question about the WFP and it says to email winpanel@microsoft.com , which I've done. All you get back is a FAQ basically and does not help answer my question.

Furthermore, it says to email winpanel@microsoft.com if the information does not answer your questions... of course which just brings about a loop..

It's regarding email address used at signup, but by golly I can't get to them to ask it..

I have received no surveys yet, although I did get a confirmation but I've somehow deleted it..
