On my new build:

Occasionaly (not ussualy) windows fails to boot the first time and after 5 minutes restarts itself and brings me to that black screen.

I ussualy press start normaly and then it works..

But i have a feeling it's best not have to use this method... how could I fix this?

Does it display a blue screen with any kind of an error at the top and or file names at the bottom?

My suggestion is this. Windows may have had a bad install, which is not uncommon. Try backing everything up, reformating and reinstalling windows. Start there and report back.

If you are overclocking, set it back to default and see what happens.
