Windows explorer KEEPS CRASHING

So very frequently windows explorer crashes, it seems random.

Some steps that I have already taken are:
sfc /scannow - yielded no errors
windows memory diagnostic - no errors

Thats what I thought too, and still do. But I dont know why. After re-installing the drivers (after a complete wipe) the installer said it completed, but with warnings, I checked the logs to see what parts were installed and all were successful, maybe its because both of my 6950's are unlocked?
