Windows Explorer Issues, not opening drives or folders.....

Lately, while fixing computers, I've seen a few where I cannot click directly on a drive to access it....

While trying to access a USB flash drive, I get "application not found", however, I can right click on the drive and choose AUTOPLAY, or EXPLORE!

Or the "open with" application chooser thingy will open instead.....

How can that be fixed!
