Windows explorer in win2k

I know this question has been answered before, i have searched at length in the forums and have been unable to find a suitable answer. I was wondering how I could get the my computer tab to open instead of the my documents tab in windows explorer?

Normally, I use the "windows key" & E, and that brings up explorer, bypassing My Documents. Although, I do know what you are talking about, I will look for it.

PowerDesk does the same. Never thought about there actually being a solution to it.

I have your fix so that opening windows explorer via the start menu will bring up my computer instead of my documents.

Edit your shortcut for windows explorer, edit the target field so that it looks like this.

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

That should do it.
