Windows Explorer Crash

I have just recently installed Windows XP Sp2 on to my new system (P4 3.0Ghz, 1GB OCZ 3200 Ram....etc..etc) and when I go to change the icon on a shorcut, and proceed to search for one outside of the Shell32.dll I get a Message saying Explorer.exe has stop working.

The screen clears and I am back at my desktop. Everything else is still functional. Any ideas?

ICON Cache maybe?
