Windows Error Mesage-Duplicate name on network

Lately when I reboot my computer I get a Windows system Error notification in the taskbar tray. Says Duplicate name exists on the network. I have a Win Xp computer hooked up directly to a DLink Di-524 Wireless router, other computer is running Win 98 and using a Dlink Wireless PCI card. I use NETBEUI to do my file sharing between boxes.

When I got this message the other computer wasn't even turned on. This just started happening recently, seemed to appear after I updated (or tried to anyway) the drivers for my Nvidia Graphics card. Don't know what that would have to do with anything but it is when the problem started to appear. I actually used system restore to go back a few days (and back to my old video drivers) but error is still happening.

It's not a big deal because I just x out the error message and everything works fine, but it is annoying and I'd like to know why.

Thanks
