Windows DVD Maker scenes/menu issue

Hi,

In Windows DVD maker, it allows you to show a moving scene at the start of the DVD menu, as well as one for each (up to 18) scene.

I can't seem to get it to work, however, with mpeg 2 files. Various others work. Mpeg 2's just get set to black.

Any ideas?
